This vital role is the cornerstone of the Beemfi ecosystem, focused on expanding our vendor network and ensuring their successful integration and participation in the platform. The Specialist acts as the primary liaison, educator, and support system for all registered Beemfi vendors.
Core Responsibilities
1. Vendor Acquisition & Registration

Identify and Onboard Vendors: Proactively identify and register suitable local vendors across
- Nigeria whose products and services align with the Beemfi mission.

Comprehensive Education: Clearly present the Beemfi opportunity to potential vendors, focusing on the

benefits of increased sales, customer loyalty, and the 10-level deep earning structure available to them.

Registration Management: Guide vendors through the entire registration process, ensuring all business details are accurately

captured and their profiles are set up for success
2. E-PIN Management & Integration

E-PIN Procurement: Be responsible for coordinating with the Beemfi Company to purchase and acquire E-PINs in

bulk or as needed for their registered vendors.

Personalized E-PIN Distribution: Ensure that all E-PINs provided to a vendor are clearly and boldly branded with
-
the specific vendor's unique referral link. This is crucial to track and reward the vendor's referrals accurately.

Product Integration Training: Educate the vendor and their staff on how to seamlessly inculcate (bundle or link) the
-
E-PIN with their specific products, services, or receipts as a customer incentive. This includes training on:

Point-of-Sale (POS) Integration: How to distribute the E-PIN immediately upon customer purchase.

Marketing Strategy: How to pitch the E-PIN as a value-added reward to the customer.

3. Vendor Success & Ongoing Support

Performance Monitoring: Regularly follow up with registered vendors to monitor their E-PIN sales and

general satisfaction with the platform.

Troubleshooting: Serve as the first point of contact for vendor inquiries, technical issues, or questions

regarding their earnings, providing timely and effective support.
- Promotional Guidance: Advise vendors on best practices for marketing the Beemfi concept within their
- own businesses and community to maximize their profits and attract new customers to the Beemfi network.
